1:1 Personalized training session

DESCRIPTION

Before we begin your training sessions, it's essential to gather some information about you, your lifestyle, and your goals. This will give me a clear understanding of where you're starting from. We'll start with an assessment class where we will check your technique and strength, and you'll complete a questionnaire to identify any injuries or conditions that we need to consider to cut risks. From there, I'll create a personalized roadmap to help you achieve your goals. Each 75-minute session will cover all the key elements of a well-rounded and effective workout, helping you master proper exercise techniques while reducing the risk of injury.

  • Warm-up: A quick routine of mobility exercises to prepare the body for optimal performance.

  • Workout Breakdown: I will provide detailed explanations and guidance for each exercise to ensure proper form and technique.

  • Stretches and cool-downs: These are designed to improve recovery and flexibility, encouraging long-term progress.


4 sessions package ¥36,000

Monthly /each session ¥9,000

This package is designed for clients who plan to workout once a week for a period of 4-5 weeks. Applies to 1:1 personal training and partners training.

The package includes:

  • Tracking each sessions in the HEVY app

  • Initial registration with Inbody

  • Unlimited consultations via Line or WhatsApp


8 sessions package ¥66000

Bimonthly /each session ¥8,250

This package is designed for clients who plan to workout once or twice a week for a period of 4-9 weeks. Applies for 1:1 personal training.

The package includes:

  • Tracking each sessions in the HEVY app

  • Initial registration with Inbody

  • Nutritional guidance and suggested supplementation

  • Check-in every 30 days

  • Unlimited consultations via Line or WhatsApp


12 sessions package ¥96000

Quarterly /each session ¥8000

This package is designed for clients who plan to workout once or twice a week for a period of 8-14 weeks. Applies for 1:1 personal training.

The package includes:

  • Tracking each sessions in the HEVY app

  • Initial registration with Inbody

  • Nutritional guidance and suggested supplementation

  • Check-in every 30 days

  • Unlimited consultations via Line or WhatsApp


1 Class Group training ¥3000

Apply 1 time

This 60-minute group class is held on the second and fourth Sunday of each month. It is open to the public and limited to 5 participants. You can reserve your spot through Meet Up Group or by filling out the contact form. Payment is due on the day of the class in cash or via PayPay.

The class includes:

  • 5 min of mobility drills

  • 50 minutes of workout with gym equipment.

  • 5 min cold down and stretching
