1:1 Personalized training session
This is not a one-size-fits-all workout. This is targeted training—built for you, tracked for progress, and coached with purpose.
Before we start, I’ll get to know your background, lifestyle, and goals. In our initial assessment session, we’ll review your technique, mobility, and strength, and you’ll complete a short health questionnaire to identify any past injuries—so we can train smart and safely.
Based on this, I’ll create a personalized training plan tailored to your specific goals—whether it’s building strength, improving body composition, or enhancing performance.
Each 75-minute session is structured for maximum impact: efficient, targeted, and focused on mastering technique while reducing the risk of injury.

Warm-Up & Mobility: We begin with activation drills and mobility work to prepare your body and enhance performance.
Workout Execution: Step-by-step coaching on each exercise, focused on proper form, intentional movement, and progressive overload.
Cool-Down & Stretching: Guided stretching to support recovery, improve flexibility, and reinforce long-term results.
